Qualifications

• Six or more years of public accounting and industry tax experience in high-tech industry.
• Experience preparing worldwide tax provision.
• Experience with managing and preparing consolidated US and multi-state returns.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the income tax accounting and tax compliance processes.
• Manage, develop, train, and mentor the domestic tax team.
• Review quarterly and annual domestic tax provision under ASC 740.
