Arrive Logistics is seeking a Senior Corporate Tax Analyst to join our fast‑growing Finance team in Austin, TX. You will lead federal, multi‑state, and local tax compliance, ASC 740 provision calculations, and strategic tax planning while collaborating with Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and executive leadership to translate complex tax rules into actionable business guidance.

The ideal candidate has a CPA or equivalent, 2–6 years of corporate tax experience in a mature or high‑growth environment,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MST/MAcc a plus.
2–6 years in corporate tax within a multi‑jurisdiction environment.
CPA license or active candidacy preferred; strong Excel and ERP skills.
Experience with ASC 740 and tax provision processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation/review of federal, multi‑state and local returns and estimates.
Own ASC 740 tax provision calculations, ETR analysis and footnotes.
Manage general ledger tax reconciliations and roll‑forwards.
Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Treasury and exec leadership on planning.
Coordinate indirect tax filings across jurisdictions and taxes.
Monitor legislative developments and provide actionable guidance.
Support audits and respond to IDRs efficiently.
Drive tax tech automation and ERP data integrity initiatives.
