Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC seeks a Task Order Program Manager in San Diego, CA to lead a professional support services contract. You will interface with government authorities on technical and program issues and oversee multi-disciplinary contractor teams to deliver on contract requirements.

Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating monthly performance reports, and ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition processes.

Qualifications

Master's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with 14+ years of relevant experience.
DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management or PMP equivalent.
Experience managing DoD professional support services contracts of $100M+.

Responsibilities

Oversee contractor execution across program management, acquisition, contracts, installation/modernization, and cost estimation.
Serve as primary interface to Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and other PMs.
Direct efforts of all contractor staff assigned to the task order.
Coordinate monthly status reporting (CDRL A001) covering performance, schedule, financials, and staffing.
Implement cost saving and cost control initiatives throughout contract lifecycle.
Brief and interact with Flag/SES/Senior Government officials.
