Job summary

Koniag Emerging Technologies, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an SME IV/Project Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support Army programs in Adelphi, MD. The hybrid role blends project leadership with DoD Test & Measurement (T&M) subject matter expertise.

You will manage large complex programs, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure progress against schedule and budget while applying IV&V practices and DoD testing policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management and/or test management for DoD programs.
• 5+ years of experience with DoD Test and Evaluation processes and procedures.
• Active SSBI clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience managing complex technical projects from concept through implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with DoD test management and evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support large projects or significant segments from concept through implementation.
• Analyze complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions.
• Provide a single point of contact for assigned projects with stakeholders.
• Review requirements to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Plan and facilitate project meetings and tracking.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables.
• Coordinate test readiness reviews and prepare test-related documentation.
• Develop integrated program strategies for DoD projects and evaluate budget impacts.
