Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks an experienced System Engineer Level 2 to support operation, maintenance, monitoring, integration, testing, and deployment of mission‑critical systems. Role requires collaboration with customers, Government personnel, and partner engineers.

The System Engineer will provide Tier 1 system support, support system acceptance and testing, and assist with system deployment and documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in similar scope programs/contracts.
• Experience running, maintaining, and monitoring operational systems.
• Experience providing Tier 1 system support.
• Experience collaborating across organizations on system design & integration.
• Experience supporting system acceptance, testing, and observing tests.
• Experience providing system deployment assistance.
• Experience analyzing user requirements and CONOPS documents.
• Experience with DoDAF and SOA concepts for architecture.
• Ability to communicate with program personnel, government stakeholders, and leadership.
• Linux experience is desired but not required; on‑the‑job learning expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 system support and operate/monitor systems.
• Collaborate with sister organization on system design and integration.
• Support system acceptance activities and testing.
• Assist with system deployment.
• Analyze requirements and derive system architectures and CONOPS.
• Prepare engineering documentation and life‑cycle plans.
• Coordinate reviews and action item resolutions across teams.
