Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a senior systems engineer with DoD acquisition experience at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. You will lead and support evaluations, develop and maintain SEPs and related plans, and integrate PM products with Army client systems.

The role requires 8 years in DoD acquisition, DoD Secret clearance, and a BS or higher in a related field. DAU SE cert is desirable and salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to sensitive customer requirements.
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in related engineering or science discipline.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Must have 8 years' experience in DoD acquisition and have supported an ACAT level program.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implementing, and maintaining systems engineering processes and documents (SEPs, CM plans, risk management plans, IMS) to support PM PNT products.
• Attend program reviews including pre- and post-review events, IPT and working group meetings; provide recommendations for system engineering, testing, and other improvements.
• Provide systems engineering support for PM products and documentation including risk identification and management; configuration management; requirements analysis, development, derivation, and documentation; systems design and architecture; modeling and simulation; integration, test, and evaluation; hardware and software validation; field demonstrations.
• Provide systems engineering activities to manage, implement, conduct, review, and update documentation to integrate classified and unclassified PM products with client systems on Army platforms.
• Developing, reviewing, and updating DoDAF products; assist in the development of integrated master plans and deliver them according to PM product IMS.
• Providing input into the development of SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, performance specifications, solicitation documentation; provide technical advice and assistance regarding proposal evaluation.
• Review data artifacts for acceptability and ensure product-data relationships are maintained and establishing and maintaining databases.
