Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Systems Administrator 4 to join a mission-focused team supporting intelligence applications and services. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• DoD 8570 compliant with IAT II or IAM II requirements (IAT II preferred).
• Experience supporting DoD RMF-based environments.
• Expert knowledge of system administration within SOA.
• Linux (CentOS) and Oracle environments understood.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex server/hardware/software issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks.
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Lead day-to-day O&M activities, including patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Support backups and recovery activities (validation/testing preferred).
• Perform account monitoring and access administration.
• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 ticket resolution and escalation as needed.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Support hardware and software issue dispatch through resolution.
• Assist in training government personnel on applications as requested.
• Review documentation for completeness, witness testing, and report IV&V results.
