Job summary

ANSER seeks an experienced Acquisition Manager / DAG Member in El Segundo, CA to provide senior-level acquisition and program management support for Space Force programs. You will integrate cost, schedule, performance, funding, contracting, and requirements to assess health and inform decisions, collaborating with senior Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting DoD space programs or national security space programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and oversight.
• Understanding of military space launch, ground systems, and sustainment.
• Experience leading complex projects and managing large data sets.
• Knowledge of AF/Space Force policies and procedures for acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level acquisition and program management support for DoD space programs (ACAT I/II).
• Support acquisition planning, program execution, and requirements development across Government, contractors, and partners.
• Analyze and integrate cost, schedule, performance, funding, and contracting data to assess program health.
• Develop, review, and coordinate acquisition strategies, reports, and executive materials.
• Monitor program execution to identify risks, dependencies, and impacts on objectives.
• Develop actionable recommendations and coordinate resolution of complex issues.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and mission partners to align with acquisition strategies.
• Support leadership with program analysis and executive briefings.
• Utilize DoD systems to analyze program information and track activities.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports using MS Office and required tools.
• Apply DoD, AF, and Space Force policies and requirements to execution.
