Qualifications

• Must be qualified and registered as Navy Qualified Validator (NQV).
• Extensive experience with RMF/ DoD IA controls per FISMA and DoD directives.
• Expert knowledge of risk assessment, risk mitigation, and A&A processes.
• Experience certifying and accrediting DoD information systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF tasks and validate DoD asset posture.
• Follow A&A processes, standards, and SOPs.
• Perform system and network vulnerability analyses and risk assessments.
• Conduct ST&E processing and STIG validation using SCAP tools.
• Prepare POA&M, executive reports, and project plans.
