The MIL Corporation seeks a Senior Engineering Analyst (Engineering, Senior Analyst) to provide on-site DoD support at Webster Outlying Field, St. Inigoes, MD and other locations, performing analysis and troubleshooting of communications systems.

The role currently follows a hybrid schedule with four days on-site, subject to contract needs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of DoD/electronics experience, familiar with RF/test equipment and Navy aviation maintenance, and strong communication

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ progressive DoD/government electronics experience.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with HF, VHF, UHF, SATCOM radios and modems.
• Familiar with RF, power and data test equipment.
• Experience at customer sites or government facilities.
• Navy aviation maintenance experience.
• Strong planning and tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

• Perform analysis and in-depth troubleshooting to support missions and programs.
• Develop and execute test & evaluation procedures for electronic and communication systems.
• Perform maintenance, quality assurance inspections, and operational checks on systems.
