Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Support research proposal preparation and review; track packets and routing for approvals.
• Coordinate research agreements and maintain processes for approvals.
• Monitor staffing, budgets, and service rate calculations across divisions.
• Track project schedules and performance; identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Consolidate budget execution reports and support division leadership with insights.
• Prepare project documentation, CRs, and ensure quality control of deliverables.
• Provide project management support to other directorates as needed.
