Job summary

Patricio Enterprises, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to support Army C4ISR Center customers on a part-time and full-time basis. The role entails managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk, while interfacing with government management and guiding a project team.

Primary duties include setting priorities, coordinating with Government and Contractor teams, and providing on-the-job training. Strong DoD program experience and schedule analysis skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years PM experience required.
• Experience providing program management support to a DoD program office across the lifecycle of a complex system.
• Experience analyzing integrated program schedules, tracking metrics, and identifying cross-functional interdependencies.
• Experience preparing detailed briefings, reports, and decision materials for government leadership.
• Experience coordinating contractor personnel in support of contract execution and leading the contractor team to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost, schedule, technical performance and risks.
• Interfaces with Government Management to resolve problems.
• Provides day to day direction and expert guidance to employees.
• Establishes priorities of work based on Government goals.
• Interfaces between Government customer and Contractor.
• Distributes and balances workload and ensures timely completion.
• Gives on the job training to new employees per procedures.
• Leads team in assessing strengths/weaknesses and exploring improvements.
• Articulates assignment, milestones, and timeframes to the team.
• Provides instruction and assistance on problems or issues.
