Job summary

Patricio Enterprises, Inc. seeks a senior candidate to provide on-site vendor cost, schedule, and performance management for a DoD acquisition support services contract.

Scope includes program management, life cycle logistics, sustainment, and advisory support for the Project Manager Maneuver Medical Systems program. Primary duties include managing administration, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality deliverables while interfacing with DoD personnel and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of DoD classified document handling procedures.
• Experience interacting with senior-level Government personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site vendor cost, schedule, and performance management for a DoD acquisition support contract.
• Coordinate resources, procurement, and administrative tasks for project execution.
• Interface with accounting, legal, and HR to manage daily operations and personnel issues.
• Prepare and review contract deliverables, reports, and documentation according to DoD templates.
