Job summary

Systems Products and Solutions, Inc. (SPS) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead contractor operations under the Army Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft program office.

You will oversee acquisition, logistics, engineering, and program management services, interfacing with KO and COR to ensure performance and compliance. You will guide a distributed, multi-disciplinary team, manage risks, and deliver CDRLs and reports, while upholding FAR/DFARS and security requirements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Extensive DoD program management experience; 15+ years preferred for Senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS, and contracting.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on Army/DoD programs.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, staffing, risk, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all personnel supporting the program and ensure successful contract execution.
• Interface with Government KO and COR and ensure compliance and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a distributed workforce across functions.
• Oversee transition activities, surge staffing, and continuity of operations.
• Monitor performance, schedule, costs, staffing, and deliverables, mitigating risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration and deliver required reports and briefings.
• Maintain security clearances, certifications, and mandatory training.
• Support IPTs, program reviews, and customer meetings.
