Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) seeks a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 226. The role involves collecting, organizing, and interpreting data, tracking status and schedules, and enforcing documentation and change-control processes for cross-PMA functions.

The candidate will develop process improvements, draft responses to taskers and inquiries, and oversee junior personnel. BA/BS required with extensive Navy/DoD program experience and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least ten years of related experience in defense PM.
• Minimum 7 years supporting NAVAIR and/or Naval Aviation Enterprise.
• Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and interpret data for PMA programs.
• Track program status and schedules.
• Apply government processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
• Develop and execute cross-PMA process improvements.
• Draft and coordinate responses to taskers and Congressional inquiries.
• Manage files, briefs, and requests for information across PMA.
• Provide daily oversight for junior contractor personnel.
• Prepare and maintain Continuity of Operations Plans and other directives.
