Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support the PM PNT within the SETA contract. The role focuses on PPBE, budget development, and PM lifecycle management across DoD and Army processes.

The analyst will coordinate with program management, acquisition, finance, engineering, and logistics to ensure funding decisions align with milestones and strategic goals. Active Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in DoD/Army acquisition and PPBE processes.
• Proficiency with fiscal law and DoD financial regulations.
• Experience developing spend plans and budget justification documentation.
• Familiarity with acquisition lifecycle artifacts (APB/ADM, P‑Forms/R‑Forms).
• Ability to interface with leadership and prepare program briefings.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and justify annual program spend plans and analyze RDT&E and Procurement appropriations.
• Track obligations and expenditures; support funding execution and reprogramming.
• Support budget reviews and year-end closeout activities to ensure proper use of funds.
• Develop and maintain acquisition documentation including APB, ADM, and Life Cycle plans.
• Support MDRs and DoD/Army policy-aligned program lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to POM development and long-range financial planning.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules and align objectives, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Identify programmatic/financial risks and mitigation strategies.
