Job summary

Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. (IMC) seeks a senior Microsoft Power Platform expert to deliver secure, scalable solutions for a government customer in Dahlgren, VA.

You will design, develop, test, and sustain Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions. Qualifications

• Mandatory Microsoft certifications at start date (PL-100/PL-300/PL-400/PL-500/PL-900).
• Willingness to obtain AB-410 or AB-100 within 90 days.
• Expertise in architecting and delivering Power Platform solutions in government environments.
• Experience with integrating Power Platform with enterprise data sources and secure, scalable design.
• Strong documentation, SOPs, user guides, and leadership briefings.
• DoD 8140.03 certifications adherence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for Power Platform including Power Apps, Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Analyze requirements and recommend secure, scalable architectures.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform apps and workflows.
• Build integrations with approved data sources and implement business logic with Power Fx.
• Develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize flows and RPA solutions.
• Create data models, dashboards, and analytics for leadership.
• Apply best practices for security, governance, and configuration management.
• Produce technical docs, SOPs, guides, and troubleshooting materials.
• Deliver training, workshops, and briefings to government stakeholders.
• Resolve production issues and perform root-cause analysis for improvements.
• Coordinate with security personnel to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, accessibility, records management, and CM requirements.
