Job summary

CATHEXIS seeks a Senior Operations/Policy Research Analyst to support the DASW(SR) Warfighter Education portfolio at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. You will develop data-driven policy metrics and decision tools to support high-level reviews of the SSC Fellowship Program and related governance.

The role requires a Secret clearance, 8+ years of policy experience, and strong writing skills. Onsite work at the Pentagon with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Active Secret DoW clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or related field
• Minimum of eight years of policy analysis/ development experience
• Strong analytical and writing skills; translate policy to clear recommendations
• U.S. citizenship to obtain DoW clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy research and analysis to inform SSC Task Force decisions
• Lead review and revision of OBME policy and DoDI 1322.35
• Analyze NDAA Title 10 education provisions for SSC compliance
• Develop policy positions and briefing materials for leadership
• Draft policy memoranda, white papers, and issue papers
