Job summary

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) is seeking a Network Engineer at Fort Belvoir, VA with at least 3 years of DoD network experience to support NETCOM/NCR operations.

The role involves designing, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting ICAN-related infrastructure, handling VIP Remedy tickets, and coordinating with government partners. Candidates must hold SECRET clearance, IAT-II, and a bachelor’s degree, with strong communication skills and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Must possess a SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant DoD network engineering experience.
• IAT-II certification required (Networking Environments).

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, tests, and troubleshoots complex network infrastructure (including ICAN).
• Responds to critical/VIP tickets within two hours via Remedy and government authority contacts.
• Plans and supports network operations end-to-end across NIPR/SIPR networks; CAC authentication and PKI support.
• Leads a staff of junior/network engineers and ensures IA/compliance across the enclave.
