Forge Forward, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support a DoD client in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on advanced engineering, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex enterprise and transport networks using Cisco and Juniper tech.

Expect collaboration in SAFe/Agile ceremonies and mentorship of junior staff. The candidate will design and validate networks, ensure DISA RMF and STIG compliance, and brief leadership on status and risks.

Competenze

Ten years of networking experience required.
Experience designing, integrating, testing, and sustaining DoD networks.
Hands-on with Cisco and Juniper routing and switching.
Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Mansioni

Design, configure, integrate, and validate enterprise and transport networks for Navy and DoD programs.
Engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper networks including routers, switches, firewalls.
Monitor cross-domain connections and mitigate risks to mission systems.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and rapid restoration of outages to minimize downtime.
Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, standards, and SOPs.
Brief senior leadership on network status, risks, and actions.
