Job summary

Dynamo Technologies is seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation Engineer to support PM PNT at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role involves developing test strategies, planning and executing tests, and delivering clear recommendations on product performance in a DoD environment.

The position requires strong technical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication to coordinate multiple stakeholders across engineering, program management, cybersecurity, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience testing and evaluating DoD systems, products, or technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• Strong technical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, and procedures for PM PNT and Combat Ready PNT products.
• Plan, coordinate and execute classified and unclassified test events for hardware, software subsystems and systems.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, data collection systems, facilities, and other resources for test objectives.
• Execute test procedures and evaluate system performance against requirements and objectives.
• Collect, review and analyze test data and provide findings and recommendations.
