Job summary

VTG Defense is seeking a Management Analyst III - Deputy APML Support (Air Force) to provide sustainment requirements management and in‑service logistics support to the NAVAIR PMA‑275 V‑22 Osprey Joint Program Office in Patuxent River, MD.

The role requires a BS/BA (or higher with substitution), at least six years of DoD acquisition logistics experience, and three years of analysis across Product Support elements; MS/MA can substitute for two years.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required; an additional five years of acquisition or logistics management experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least six years of experience in operational logistics support or product support acquisition with proven performance and increasing duties.
• Three years of experience in comprehensive analysis across Product Support elements during a job assignment in or in support of an acquisition/operational command.
• Three years of DoD acquisition logistics support experience including acquisition planning and management.
• MS or MA degree can substitute for two years of operations logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support and in-service logistics requirements support to the NAVAIR PMA-275 V-22 Osprey Joint Program.
• Support duties as a Management Analyst III for the CV-22 Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APML).
• Liaise with PMA-275 Management, PMA-275 Business and Financial Managers, and V-22 Logistics Managers.
• Coordinate with Navy Type Commander and Air Force Major Command as needed.
• Work with Level II IPTs to ensure logistics support requirements are met at CV-22 sites.
