Job summary

Ignite seeks a driven Program Manager for Wright-Patterson AFB, OH to lead an enterprise IT services task order supporting AFRL IZ. You will be the single Government interface, directing a multi‑company team across EBS, DLE, ITSM/ITOM/ITBM, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Required qualifications include a STEM/IT/Business degree and 15+ years of program management on government contracts, active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, and strong RMF/ATO experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in STEM, IT, or Business with 15+ years of progressive responsibility.
Experience as a Program Manager on large IT contracts.
Government services contract experience with defined service levels.
Experience managing subcontractor teams and multi‑company workforces.
Familiarity with IT service delivery (ITSM/ITIL) and ServiceNow.
DoD RMF and Authority to Operate (ATO) process experience.
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

Serve as designated Task Lead and single Government point of contact for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Lead a multi‑company team, including workshare management and reviews.
Direct service delivery across AFRL/IZ portfolio and IT platforms.
Manage performance against Service Summary objectives and 100% on-time CDRL delivery.
Own systems engineering baseline—requirements, change management, risk, and accreditation.
Produce and quality‑control contract deliverables (MSR, RMP, CMP, QMP).
Direct corrective action processes and root-cause analyses.
