Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead scheduling, cost estimation, and execution across a classified IT environment for federal government programs supporting the DOE. This onsite role is based in Washington, DC and requires a Top Secret clearance.

You will coordinate with technical teams, manage dependencies, report milestones to leadership, and ensure disciplined execution. A PMP certification, 8+ years in DoD/IC, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and M365 are

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level program/project management in DoD/IC environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, and technical IT environments.
• Strong scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination; must be concise and detail-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP certification required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project and M365 tools
• Coordinate with technical teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
• Provide clear, concise updates on milestones, critical path, and delivery status to leadership
• Prepare and manage cost estimates aligned with schedules and program scope
• Support risk and requirements boards to ensure timely execution of contract deliverables
