Job summary

Odyssey Systems seeks a senior System Interoperability Engineer SME for DoD programs at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. You will lead IAM transformations, zero-trust initiatives, and enterprise service coordination to enable secure interoperability across mission environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience (5+ in DoD), US citizenship, and active security clearances. This is a full-time on-site role at Lackland AFB.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 10+ years of experience, 5 in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert interoperability and IAM support to DoD programs.
• Lead design, integration, and migration of identity solutions (Keycloak to ICAM/Okta).
• Architect zero trust networking and cloud-based transport for Platform One.
• Oversee enterprise security services and compliance activities.
• Advise leadership on roadmap, tradeoffs, and integration strategies.
• Coordinate with Platform One product teams and stakeholders.
