Job summary

Abacus Technology is seeking a Systems Interoperability and Integration Engineer to support the C3I&N Directorate at Lackland AFB. The role is full-time and requires extensive DoD experience with interoperability, security, and system integration across complex weapon-system ecosystems.

Responsibilities include requirements development, cyber security implementations, E3 testing, and lifecycle protection of system interfaces. A TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of systems interoperability and integration engineering experience.
• DoD environment experience required.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with DoDAF 2/SysML architecture products preferred.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements development, planning, cybersecurity implementations, IA, and system protection across weapon-system life cycles.
• Provide interoperability analysis for C3, IT, and ISR system-of-systems; assess data flows, testing, and architecture.
• Develop and analyze weapon system interfaces to enable secure interaction between weapon, C3, and ISR systems.
• Provide engineering support for embedded communications and information technology systems within constraints of weapon platforms.
