Celestar Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to support INSCOM under the Army Persistent Overhead Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Exploitation Enterprise Support Services (APOGEE) at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The role involves oversight of the contract workforce and direct communication with Government entities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of management experience including 10 years supervisory on US Army or DoD programs.
• 15 years of management experience for BA/BS holders with supervisory on DoD programs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required (within the last 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the entire contract workforce and liaison with Government.
• Participate in meetings and briefings, providing necessary information.
• Ensure tasks are planned, coordinated, and communicated effectively.
