Job summary

StraCon is seeking a Financial Management Support professional to assist Navy and DoD programs with budgeting, execution tracking, and data management. The role requires hands-on work with N-ERP, PBIS, CSPT, PMT, and related systems to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

You will help coordinate acquisition documentation, support POM/PR processes, and provide program leadership with data-driven insights. Travel is minimal; a Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong DoD fiscal background.
• Must have extensive DoD/ Navy budgeting and procurement knowledge.
• Experience with N-ERP, CSPT, PMT, and related data systems.
• Strong analytical, financial reporting and data reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support budget development and execution tracking across programs.
• Coordinate inputs for POM, PR, and budget submissions to stakeholders.
• Manage and consolidate budget status data from N-ERP and PBIS.
• Prepare and track CDRLs, ECP actions, and acquisition documents.
