Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking a Financial Management Functional Team Lead to provide financial management and programmatic support to the Defense Health Agency. The role leads PPBE-related activities, planning, budgeting, and reporting for medical product development programs in a high-impact defense environment.

The position requires 12+ years supporting federal financial processes, DoW financial management experience, and proficiency with ACEIT and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Active DoW secret clearance or above.
• 12+ years of experience supporting federal financial processes.
• Demonstrated experience with DoW financial management and the PPBE process.
• Experience supporting budget planning, formulation, execution, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting POM, spend-plan, or similar DoD financial planning activities.
• Experience with life-cycle cost planning and financial schedules.
• Familiarity with ACEIT and advanced Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management support across assigned PAE MP programs and portfolios.
• Support SPAR, POM builds, and annual spend plans.
• Support RDT&E, Procurement, and Operations and Maintenance appropriations planning.
• Assist with Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) and Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs).
• Develop financial schedules for life-cycle cost estimation and long-range planning.
• Support budget formulation, justification, and execution monitoring.
• Consolidate financial data for monthly reports and senior leadership briefings.
• Track obligations, disbursements, and appropriations; advise on spend plans.
