Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager to support PPBE, budgeting, and execution for DoD programs. The position is onsite at Fort Detrick, MD, with travel up to 20% and direct-hire eligibility in a W2 role.

Qualifications

• ACEIT proficiency or equivalent certification.
• Experience with DoD PPBE processes and lifecycle budgets.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and cost analysis for DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support.
• Develop spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs.
• Track obligations/disbursements and reconcile program funding.
• Produce leadership financial reports.
• Support LCCE/LCSP/IGCE and acquisition documentation.
