Job summary

CASE Management Consulting, LLC is seeking an Emergency Management and Exercise Planner to provide operational support for DoD exercises, continuity planning, and crisis management at a high-visibility level. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a minimum of 10 years’ experience with national-level exercises and COOP programs.

The candidate will draft executive correspondence, coordinate across DoD and interagency partners, and develop exercise materials and after-action reports.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years supporting national-level exercises, HSEEP, and COOP activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for DoD exercises, continuity planning, readiness reporting, and crisis management.
• Draft and coordinate DoD executive correspondence, memoranda, briefings, and operational reports.
• Support COOP exercise planning, execution, evaluation, and after-action tracking.
• Assist with DoD tabletop exercises involving SES and Flag Officers.
• Develop exercise materials, briefing slides, scenarios, and injects for exercises.
• Coordinate across DoD, interagency partners, and ASD/DASD organizations.
• Provide Crisis Response Mission Support for DoD Crisis Response Program.
• Augment CCE during continuity events and crisis operations.
• Provide daily planning for NSSEs, Defense Continuity, and crisis response operations.
• Develop situational awareness products and executive-level updates.
• Maintain SOPs, plans, and policies; ensure currency and consistency.
