Job summary

Warrant Technologies seeks a Data Scientist III to support the NSWC Crane Model-Based Engineering Assessment Division (Code MXM) on the MXM EMSO effort. You will execute assigned technical instructions under government direction, applying advanced statistics and analytics in data science, modeling, and simulation tasks.

Required: 10 years of experience, active DoD SECRET clearance or interim, and location at NSWCCR / Contractor Facility.

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience in data science.
• Experience with data science, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms.
• Experience applying SQL/NoSQL, API development, ETL pipelines, and web services.
• Experience using Python and R, and common data-science packages.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets for data manipulation and visualization.
• Security clearance such as DoD SECRET preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Support model-based engineering assessment in RDT&E and mission engineering.
• Execute technical instructions under government direction.
• Apply advanced statistical methods and operations research tools.
• Develop and test data pipelines and analytics workflows.
