Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) seeks an energetic Data Task Lead to oversee design, governance, and modernization of the enterprise IT ecosystem. You will manage architecture, data management, and solution design to deliver secure, scalable, and interoperable outcomes for DoD programs.

This role serves as the primary technical liaison between government stakeholders and contractors, guiding modernization opportunities, managing DoDAF-aligned artifacts, CI/CD automation, and cross-domain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or Engineering; five years' experience in DoD/IC environments.
• Experience developing architectural artifacts per DoDAF.
• Experience creating enterprise data governance and data catalog.

Responsibilities

• Develop, govern enterprise technical architecture aligned with DoDAF and Zero Trust.
• Lead assessment and design of new IT solutions to maintain scalability and interoperability.
• Co-lead enterprise roadmaps guiding legacy to cloud-native platforms.
• Lead CI/CD pipeline teams; IaC/CaC, automation for ATO/cATO.
• Manage DoDAF EA reports and configuration management plans.
• Oversee multi-IL environments across Cloud IL2-IL6 and on-prem enclaves.
• Maintain vulnerability-report synchronization across NIPR/SIPR/DIB.
• Govern IT and cybersecurity project lifecycle; deliver governance packages.
• Lead data-governance and BI in Microsoft stack; interagency data sharing and records management.
• Oversee AI/ML lifecycle under DevSecOps; model development and deployment.
• Provide SME guidance per DoDM 8140 roles; produce docs.
