Job summary

SPS - Systems Products Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Cyber Security Specialist (contingent) to assess and coordinate cybersecurity activities for Army IEW&S programs at APG, MD.

The role requires RMF implementation, eMASS packages, and A&A leadership to obtain and maintain authorization statuses. The candidate will interface with PMs, ISSOs, and HQDA stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoD and Army cybersecurity policies, including STIGs and CTOs, while guiding risk management and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight (8) years related work experience is required.
• Experience with the eMASS software tool. Experience with the Risk Management Framework (NIST 500-XX)
• IAM Level 3 certification per DoD 8140 and DoD 8570 within first 6 months.
• TS/SCI required.

Responsibilities

• Assess Cooperative Vulnerability and Penetration Assessments and Adversarial Assessments.
• Review RMF packages (eMASS) for proper implementation of cybersecurity requirements.
• Provide feedback to ISSOs to ensure ATO/IATO/IATT/ATC packages meet CPE standards.
• Coordinate with PMs to develop CSSs as required by DoD policies.
• Lead A&A activities within timelines and maintain risk.
