Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Air Force Cost Estimator to join our defense team. You will work with Air Force Program Management Offices to shape lifecycle costs for IT and weapon system acquisitions, delivering data-driven insights that inform decision-making.

In this role you will develop LCCEs, EAs, BCAs, AoAs, ROMs, and what-if analyses while advising senior leadership and ensuring cost-conscious program management across defense programs.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' clearance
• Bachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
• FIVE (5) years of experience with cost estimation, data analytics, statistical analysis, or Excel spreadsheets
• Experience with Air Force Program Office or other DoD programs

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with Air Force program managers, engineering Leads, contracting officers, and budget analysts
• Providing expert cost advice and insights to senior government leadership
• Contributing to a culture of excellence by applying industry best practices & thought leadership in cost estimating
