Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Award and Post Award acquisition functions above the SAT within SPS, PD2 and MAT systems.
• Responsible for solicitation, analysis, evaluation, and negotiation of contractor proposals for complex technical requirements.
• Review requests for procurement of complex equipment and/or supplies and perform cost or price analysis to determine reasonableness.
• Award contracts within delegated contracting officer authority or recommend award to the contracting officer outside delegated authority.
