Job summary

Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions (CNDS) is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to support AFCEC’s mission by providing technical review and advisory services for design and construction across the Air Force. The role requires DoD project management experience and a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.

Travel CONUS/OCONUS may be required; candidates must be US citizens with a valid passport and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of DoD facility and infrastructure project management experience.
• U.S. citizen with valid US passport; able to travel CONUS/OCONUS; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical review and advisory support for AFCEC design and construction projects.
• Prepare statements of work, cost estimates, submittals, and RFIs.
• Participate in design, contract acquisition meetings, and on-site inspections.
• Provide project status updates and cost/schedule reviews.
