Job summary

Ho'olaulima Government Solutions LLC (HGS) seeks a seasoned Construction Program Manager to support the Enhanced Use Lease program at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. You will provide program management services to ROICC, PW8, and government leadership, guiding project planning and execution from concept through closeout.

The role requires a four-year degree, PE or RA license, five years of PM experience, and strong communication skills to prepare analyses, schedules, and briefings for senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Program Management experience.
• Current U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license is required.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to meet Government access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Program Management services in support of the Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) Program.
• Support the ROICC, PW8, and Government leadership in planning and execution.
• Maintain and review the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and project schedules.
• Identify issues, risks, and conflicts impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Provide written analyses, comments, and recommendations monthly or as directed.
• Advise on schedule, cost, risk, logistics, acquisition, quality, and integration.
• Participate in meetings, briefings, and workshops and document minutes.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and COAs.
• Review documents and provide written comments and recommendations.
