Job summary
Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions (CNDS) seeks an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead planning, design, and construction for renovating the golf course and clubhouse at Joint Base Andrews. You will oversee DoD design standards, UFC, and Air Force requirements while coordinating with AFCEC, installation staff, designers, and contractors.
The role emphasizes technical oversight, risk management, and schedule control on MILCON/FSRM projects, with a starting salary in the $150k–$170k
Qualifications
- Experience supporting design review and construction oversight for DoD installations.
- Ability to review architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Familiarity with UFC and federal design standards.
- Strong coordination and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight and design review for DoD projects on JBA.
- Coordinate with AFCEC, installation staff, design teams, and contractors.
- Prepare/SOWs, cost estimates, submittals, and RFIs.
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with contract documents.
- Support project risk management, cost control, and scheduling.
