Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Configuration Manager to support DoD projects, including Navy-related systems. You’ll manage CI baselines, maintain CMPs, and drive change control across documentation and software repositories while collaborating with Confluence and JIRA teams.

You will work on a complex program requiring TS/SCI clearance, engage in Configuration Control Board meetings, and ensure accurate deliverables across lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DoD configuration management or system analysis including environment integrity, baselines, documentation, and lifecycle management
• 5+ years of experience with configuration management and change control processes and methods
• 3+ years of experience using configuration management tools
• Experience with using Confluence and JIRA for project management
• Experience facilitating Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings
• Ability to generate, edit, and maintain program documentation, including CMPs
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Information Management, or STEM field

Responsibilities

• Maintain the program's Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and supporting processes
• Ensure changes to configuration items (CI) are managed per approved change control
• Maintain repositories for approved CI documentation and software
• Facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings
• Maintain accountability and management of the project's deliverables and internal work products
