Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Configuration and CDRL Data Manager to support AFLCMC/HNI at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. The role covers CM/DM for software and engineering artifacts, data governance, and compliance with DoD policies.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Secret clearance (Top Secret possible) and possess a related Bachelor's degree or extensive equivalent experience, with DoD/AF policy familiarity and strong QA capabilities.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret if required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 15 years directly related experience with proper certifications.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Experience with DoD/AF acquisition policies and CM processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration of software, docs, drawings, changes and notices.
• Provide CM of program artifacts and archive acquisition documentation.
• Develop and administer configuration management plans with traceability.
• Convene and manage CCBs, TRBs, and DRRBs.
• Review contractor CM programs and CDRL deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare for and conduct PCAs and FCAs.
• Track Change Requests, Discrepancy Reports, and Problem Reports.
• Support pre- and post-contract data reviews and deliverables tracking.
• Provide QA checks on baselines and manage major/minor releases and patches.
• Maintain CM library and software repository; support licensing and packaging.
• Ensure compliance with DoDI 5230.24, DoD 5000 series, DFARS, ASSIST database.
• Audit IT configurations and oversee CM self-inspection checklists.
• Support reporting, meeting attendance, minutes and CM/DM input into docs.
