Job summary

Cyberstrike: People Powering Government in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Classification and Programme Protection Security SME to shape DoD policy on classification management and PPPs. This role centers on governance of sensitive information, not cybersecurity or ISSO duties.

You’ll staff DoD directives, coordinate with DCSA, Joint Staff J28, OSD R&E and the DoW CIO on SCRM and information security policy integration, bringing 10+ years of policy experience and PPP/CUI/NISP expertise to the table.

Qualifications

• 10 years DoD information security policy experience, focusing on classification management.
• 5 years drafting and staffing DoD Directives and Instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and staff DoW policy on classification management and programme protection.
• Conduct security reviews and assess PPPs; coordinate with DCSA, Joint Staff J28, OSD R&E and the DoW CIO on SCRM and information security policy integration.
