Job summary

Everforth ECS in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead cybersecurity for the Army Endpoint Security Solution. Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Demonstrated DoD environment experience.
• Experience in senior cybersecurity leadership and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and DoD baselines.
• Experience overseeing SOC activities and incident response.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts in enterprise/government contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to leadership and stakeholders.
• Local to Sierra Vista, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior cybersecurity advisor to the Army Endpoint Security Solution program.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy and governance across the program.
• Oversee Information Assurance and SOC personnel and daily security ops.
• Ensure security of endpoints, servers, networks, and customer-facing services.
• Provide security posture updates to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on security requirements and changes.
• Support audits, assessments, and contract deliverables.
