Semper Valens Solutions seeks a Chief Engineer / Lead Architect to lead DISA program engineering, drive enterprise architecture, and deliver secure, scalable solutions compliant with DoD standards. The role focuses on DoDAF alignment, cloud migrations, and DevSecOps integration.

You will mentor teams, manage system design artifacts, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and mission readiness at Fort Meade, MD.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor of Arts or Science in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years of software development experience in government/DoD contexts; four years extra accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience with DoDAF, enterprise architecture frameworks, and cloud/hybrid architectures.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Chief Engineer and Lead Architect for a DISA program.
• Define enterprise architectures aligned with DoDAF and DISA standards.
• Lead engineering across system lifecycle from requirements to sustainment.
• Guide adoption of cloud and hybrid architectures (milCloud, AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov) aligned with DISA hosting/transport services.
• Ensure compliance with NIST RMF, DoD Zero Trust, and DISA STIGs.
• Provide technical oversight for network, infrastructure, and application modernization.
• Lead architecture reviews and TIMs with DISA stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program management to align technical execution with Agile/DevSecOps.
