Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC in Springfield, VA seeks a seasoned Budget/Financial Analyst to support DoD and IC programs in budget execution, funds control, and program documentation. TS/SCI with Poly required.

You will assist in preparing IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB exhibits, and President's Budget materials, analyze data, develop briefing materials, and support senior leadership in budget reviews with ODNI, OSD, and OMB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 12 years of experience with 4 years substituted for degree; 8 of 12 years with specialized DoD/government budgeting experience.
• Specialized experience with DoD or government budget processes including funds control, travel orders, and credit card purchases.

Responsibilities

• Assist government with financial management operations and budget analysis.
• Support budget execution, program resource allocations, and meetings with government stakeholders.
• Develop briefing materials and responses for senior leadership and for ODNI/OSD/OMB engagements.
• Prepare IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB documents and President's Budget exhibits and related materials.
• Analyze budget data, identify trends, and generate automated reports using Python, Tableau, and Excel.
