Job summary

Great Hill Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large audit remediation and sustainment program for a DoD Combat Support Agency, with onsite presence in Falls Church, VA. The role requires DoD financial management expertise and strategic leadership to navigate a complex, evolving environment.

The successful candidate will manage senior stakeholders, ensure adherence to FIAR, GAAP, and FMR standards, and deliver executive-level briefings.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• CPA, CDFM, CGFM, or CISA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Experience leading large-scale federal audit remediation programs.
• Knowledge of FIAR guidance, GAAP, OMB requirements and the DoD FMR.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership over a large, multidisciplinary team executing multiple audit remediation and sustainment workstreams.
• Liaise with senior government stakeholders, internal audit functions, and external auditors.
• Deliver executive-level briefings, reports, and actionable insights to DoD leadership.
• Promote a high-performance, collaborative culture across the team.
• Oversee compliance reviews, risk assessments, and process documentation.
