Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a Sr. Acquisition Manager to support planning, development, implementation and management of acquisition programs at Robins AFB, GA. This full-time role requires DoD experience and a TS/SCI clearance.

You will lead IPTs, develop MOAs/MOUs, RFPs and ORD/CDD/CPD, manage resources, and coordinate with Army, Navy, and Air Force stakeholders to deliver effective defense systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in acquisitions, including DoD experience.
• 5+ years in a DoD environment.
• US citizen with TS/SCI clearance.
• Knowledge of USAF acquisition regulations and DoD 5000.2.
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply acquisition program management knowledge to DoD and services throughout lifecycle.
• Manage resources and personnel to meet task objectives and explore new approaches.
• Assign personnel to Mobility Directorate Acquisition Management Support tasks.
• Support full lifecycle program management of subsystems and equipment.
• Assist in developing documents (MOA/MOU, SOWs, RFPs, ORD, ICD, CPD, AOA).
• Provide risk management, project management, and logistics support.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams and PIWGs.
• Gather program inputs from weapons system offices to define and upgrade configurations.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to senior management.
