Job summary

The Kenjya-Trusant Group is seeking a Senior Acquisition Consultant to provide strategic acquisition and contract management expertise at Fort Meade, MD. You will lead full life-cycle acquisition activities, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, and deliver high-quality documentation and analysis for complex cyberspace operations.

You will coordinate across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, and support IT contracting in regulated environments while applying project management

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Master's degree with 10+ years' related experience OR Bachelor's with 12 years.
• TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
• 10+ years contract management across acquisition lifecycle.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• 5+ years Federal/DOD acquisitions experience.
• Experience in complex cyberspace operations or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong FAR/DFARS knowledge.
• Able to operate in classified environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in acquisition tracking tools and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of acquisition lifecycle (pre-award to post-award).
• Develop acquisition documentation (SOW, PWS, SOO).
• Create IGCEs and conduct market research reports.
• Perform data collection, cost analysis, and procurement analysis.
• Review invoices for contractual compliance and funding accuracy.
• Manage contract deliverables and track performance metrics.
• Develop executive briefs, status reports, dashboards and ad hoc products.
• Coordinate actions across technical, contracting, financial, and operational stakeholders.
• Apply project management to schedules, risks, dependencies and action tracking.
• Support IT and cyberspace contracting in complex environments.
• Ensure activities align with FAR/DFARS and DoD guidance.
• Provide advisory support to Government program managers.
