Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics seeks a DMS Engineer to join the DMS team, focusing on obsolescence management for the C-130J program and analyzing BOM and inventory data to propose cost-effective mitigations that keep production and sustainment on track.

You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and program management, supporting proposal development and helping adapt tools and processes to Aeronautics standards while delivering robust DMS solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science degree.
• Project Management experience.
• Experience with DMSMS processes involving obsolescence management mitigations and/or redesign projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze BOM and inventory data to identify potential impacts to the program.
• Develop DMS business cases to identify cost‑effective mitigations.
• Support proposal development including SSOWs and BOEs; contribute to DMS redesign efforts.
• Coordinate with Engineering Leadership, Supply Chain, and Program Management to implement DMS solutions.
