Job summary

The Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for DMS and Legal Applications to manage and optimize its DMS and core legal applications portfolio. You will act as a technical SME for matter management, document lifecycle, and attorney productivity within a large, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years supporting legal applications in a large professional services or AmLaw environment.
• 3+ years supporting legal technology platforms within a law firm or legal services organization.
• Experience with DMS integrations and enterprise software implementations.
• Strong design and support capabilities for matter management, records, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and support integrations between legal applications and enterprise systems.
• Utilize APIs, PowerShell, SQL, Power Automate, and middleware technologies.
• Manage metadata synchronization among DMS, practice management, records management, and security platforms.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, and Entra ID integrations.
